What you'll do

Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Track sprint goals and progress within Jira to meet a 90% sprint-completion target.
Maintain and prioritize the product backlog in coordination with the Product Owner.
Identify and remove delivery blockers and dependencies for the ICAM product team.
Support the maintenance of the product-level Risk Register and roadmap-milestone tracking.
Coordinate cross-team dependencies with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches.
Automate tasks and develop ways of working that leverage AI agents for efficiency.

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile facilitator in an IT or software delivery environment.
Knowledge of Jira and Agile or Scrum ceremonies, artifacts, and metrics.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination.
Experience facilitating Agile delivery for ICAM or cybersecurity products (preferred).
Experience with scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe) in a federal environment (preferred).
Experience using AI agents to build things, not just as chat assistants (preferred).
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) Certification (preferred).
Bachelor's degree.
