IC Designer, Power Management

IC Designer - Power Management will join a team focused on developing power management integrated circuits and related auxiliary IPs. The role involves performing transistor-level designs for DC-DC converters, including bucks, boosts, buck-boosts, charge pumps, chargers, and LDOs. Responsibilities include conducting feasibility studies, implementing designs through simulation and layout, optimizing for power and area, and managing post-silicon activities like bench measurements and bug fixes. The position requires expertise in mixed signal circuits, switch-cap, filters, data converters, references, input-output circuits, and clock circuits. Candidates should be proficient with analog IC design CAD tools, Matlab, VerilogA, Python, or C for modeling. Technical skills include knowledge of device physics, capacitor and inductor characteristics, and experience using spectrum analyzers and oscilloscopes to validate designs while ensuring ESD compliance in complex power systems.
