This position focuses on solving complex infrastructure challenges by leveraging deep knowledge of IBM Power hardware and software capabilities to ensure reliable system operations.

What you'll do

Provide infrastructure services solutions for clients using IBM Power servers and the IBM i operating system.
Support and optimize client systems to meet specific business requirements and infrastructure needs.
Work directly with clients to understand their requirements and deliver tailored technology solutions.
Design and implement high-quality infrastructure solutions for the IBM i environment.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure high-quality service delivery for client systems.
Apply expertise in IBM Power servers to improve client system performance and reliability.

What we're looking for

Experience delivering infrastructure services solutions, including designing and implementing solutions to meet client needs.
Familiarity with IBM Power servers and their operating systems, particularly IBM i.
Knowledge of the IBM i operating system features and capabilities to optimize client systems.
Experience supporting client systems, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
Experience collaborating with clients to understand needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Exposure to advanced IBM Power server features like virtualization and high availability (preferred).
Knowledge of advanced IBM i features, Java, C, GitHub, and basic Linux (preferred).
Bachelor's Degree.
