As a HW Dev Engineer, Payload Phased Array Systems, you will join a team of experts developing advanced antenna systems for a low Earth orbit satellite constellation. Your primary responsibilities include designing and optimizing antenna system blocks, creating proof of concept systems, and developing prototypes for next generation antennas. You will design RF circuitry in collaboration with the RF team, lead and review PCB layouts, and manage bring-up and test campaigns for active antennas. Additionally, you will design automated test systems, test fixtures, and factory tests. The role requires proficiency in prototyping and implementation, with preferred experience in SolidWorks simulation, Ansys Finite Element analysis tools, and designing complex mechanical products and equipment at volume. You will solve technical challenges related to high-speed broadband connectivity hardware.

What you'll do

What we're looking for

4+ years of working in mechanical engineering or equivalent experience.
Experience with prototyping and implementation.
Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, refugee, or granted asylum.
Knowledge of SolidWorks simulation or Ansys Finite Element analysis tools (preferred).
Experience in the design of complex mechanical products and equipment at volume (preferred).
Export control laws and regulations, candidates.
