HVAC Facilities Manager

What you'll do

• Lead day-to-day HVAC operations across a large multi-building campus to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for commercial and industrial HVAC systems and provide technical troubleshooting support.
• Oversee preventive maintenance, corrective repairs, and long-range capital improvement planning for HVAC infrastructure.
• Coordinate with electrical and plumbing teams to maintain integrated facility operations and infrastructure reliability.
• Manage contractor activities to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and according to quality standards.
• Perform root cause analysis and develop corrective actions for equipment failures and recurring system issues.
• Develop maintenance strategies, equipment lifecycle plans, and asset reliability improvements.
• Lead and mentor facilities personnel through daily direction and technical guidance.

What we're looking for

• A Bachelor's degree and 9 years of experience, a Graduate degree and 7 years of experience, or 13 years of experience without a degree.
• Experience leading HVAC maintenance and operations in large commercial, industrial, manufacturing, or campus-style environments.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience with HVAC systems, equipment, controls, and supporting infrastructure.
• Professional experience managing preventive maintenance programs, corrective maintenance activities, and facilities improvement projects.
• Prior or current professional experience leading teams and coordinating cross-functional efforts in complex operational environments.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance.
• Experience supporting mission-critical or high-availability facilities environments (preferred).
• U.S. citizens.
