Build and formalize the company's Mission Readiness and Integrated Product Support capabilities from the ground up.
Direct all mission readiness activities including execution, process development, technical oversight, and budget monitoring.
Implement and maintain logistics systems, standards, and data to ensure efficient operations for hardware deployment and maintenance.
Lead a high-performing team through recruitment, training, and performance management.
Partner with engineering teams to establish design concepts and requirements for product research and testing.
Coordinate the preparation of government proposals, business plans, operating budgets, and contract negotiations.
Resolve operational obstacles and proactively communicate project status to internal and external stakeholders.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
15+ years of experience in DoW/government logistics or progressively complex program administration including leadership roles in operations, manufacturing engineering, or supply chain.
Demonstrated technical expertise in the application of logistics management principles and coordination of workloads to meet deadlines.
Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
Ability to travel as needed for business purposes.
Ability to be local to or relocate to Costa Mesa, CA.
