What you'll do

  • Lead a high-performing team through recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Collaborate with engineering and program management teams to align technical designs with logistics goals.
  • Coordinate the preparation of government proposals, business plans, and contract negotiations.
  • Resolve operational obstacles and provide critical problem-solving for internal and external partners.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in DoW/government logistics or complex program administration including leadership roles in operations, manufacturing engineering, or supply chain.
  • Technical expertise in applying logistics management principles and coordinating workloads to meet established deadlines.
  • Eligibility to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
  • Ability to travel as needed for business purposes.
  • Ability to be local to or relocate to Costa Mesa, CA.
