As the Head of Mission Readiness, Autonomous Airpower, you will join the team to advance and formalize Integrated Support capabilities for autonomous aircraft systems. You will lead the development, implementation, and management of comprehensive logistics strategies to improve hardware deployment, maintenance, and sustainability. Your daily responsibilities include directing all Mission Readiness activities, including technical oversight, budget monitoring, and establishing design concepts with engineering teams. You will build and manage a high-performing team while coordinating across cross-functional departments like quality and program management. The role requires expertise in military and commercial logistics, government program experience, and proficiency in proposal preparation and contract negotiations. Key competencies include leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to navigate complex regulatory requirements for defense programs. You will solve critical hurdles in scaling integrated product support within a fast-paced, technical environment.

Develop logistics plans and best practices to ensure the timely execution of all program deliverables.
Coordinate the preparation of proposals, business plans, operating budgets, and contract negotiations.
Resolve obstacles for internal and external partners by identifying and engaging the necessary resources.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in DoD/government logistics or complex program administration including leadership roles in operations, manufacturing engineering, or supply chain.
Technical expertise in applying logistics management principles and coordinating workloads to meet established deadlines.
Eligibility to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
Ability to travel as needed for business purposes.
Ability to be local to or relocate to Costa Mesa, CA.
Preferred experience with DoD/government regulatory requirements, specifically related to aircraft.
Preferred experience in Air Force or other military branch Integrated Logistics operations and government proposal experience.
