Head of Infrastructure Security Engineering, EDA Clusters

What you'll do

• Build and lead a team of engineers focused on production-proven infrastructure security results.
• Architect and ship a technical roadmap for EDA-specific security controls across on-prem and multi-cloud environments.
• Design custom security solutions for performance-sensitive workloads where standard tooling is impractical or causes degradation.
• Drive the uniform application of security frameworks across all compute, storage, and networking layers.
• Manage the full lifecycle of core infrastructure security technologies including selection, deployment, and replacement.
• Build automated KPIs, instrumentation, and audit workflows to provide continuous visibility into security posture.
• Embed security-by-design principles and secure defaults into the infrastructure lifecycle through automation.

What we're looking for

• Experience building and operating production infrastructure at scale, including network, compute clusters, and storage.
• 5+ years of experience leading and managing engineering teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field or equivalent experience.
• Deep networking expertise applied to large compute environments.
• Hands-on experience provisioning and operating compute fleets for long-running, high-value jobs.
• Experience securing performance-sensitive environments where standard agent-based tooling was constrained.
• Experience building and guiding engineering teams for complex distributed or multi-cloud architectures.
• Built or operated infrastructure security capabilities at a hyperscaler or a security product company (preferred).
