Head of Infrastructure Security Engineering, EDA Clusters

What you'll do

• Build and lead a team of engineers focused on production-proven security results for EDA clusters.
• Architect and execute the technical roadmap for security controls across compute, storage, and networking.
• Design custom security solutions for performance-sensitive workloads where standard tooling is not viable.
• Enforce consistent security frameworks across both on-prem data centers and multi-cloud environments.
• Manage the full lifecycle of core infrastructure security technologies including selection, deployment, and operation.
• Automate compliance evidence and audit workflows to provide continuous visibility into security posture.
• Embed security by design through automation and secure defaults into the infrastructure lifecycle.

What we're looking for

• Experience building and operating production network, compute clusters, and storage at scale.
• 5+ years of experience leading and managing engineering teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field or equivalent experience.
• Deep networking expertise applied to large compute environments.
• Experience operating compute fleets for long-running, high-value jobs with security and reliability goals.
• Experience securing performance-sensitive environments where standard agent-based tooling was constrained.
• Proven ability to drive unified outcomes across organizational boundaries with cross-functional partners.
• Experience building infrastructure security at a hyperscaler or security product company (preferred).
