What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
At least 7 years of experience managing engineers within a broader career of at least 14 years in software engineering, SRE, infrastructure, or security.
Proven ability to hire, coach, and develop high-performing teams of senior engineers.
Technical depth in infrastructure, distributed systems, or security engineering to earn the trust of senior engineers.
Proficiency in cloud-native architecture, Kubernetes, identity and access management, policy enforcement, and vulnerability management.
Experience delivering results through influence rather than authority across multi-functional partner teams.
Ability to translate complex technical risks into actionable information for executive leadership.
Experience managing large-scale GPU fleets or high-performance computing environments at cloud scale is preferred.
