Head of Commercial Office Technology Product Management, Managing Director, Hybrid serves as a pivotal leader within the Investment Services team, overseeing product and platform management for the Commercial Office. This role is responsible for defining multi-year technology visions, managing a complex portfolio of products, and translating commercial strategies into scalable capabilities for sales, client management, and servicing. The successful candidate will drive innovation by integrating digital capabilities, data, analytics, and generative AI to enhance client engagement and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include establishing product management practices, leading global teams, and partnering with engineering and architecture leaders to ensure platform modernization and technical health. The role requires expertise in modern application architecture, APIs, cloud platforms, and SaaS technologies to solve complex problems within the investment services domain while ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality user experiences across all digital channels.
Define and own the multi-year technology product vision and roadmap for the Investment Services Commercial Office.
Translate business strategies into scalable technology capabilities that improve client experience and organizational effectiveness.
Manage the technology portfolio by making disciplined investment decisions based on value, risk, and strategic alignment.
Lead a global team of Product Managers to establish mature product management practices and clear accountability.
Partner with executive leadership across Sales, Servicing, and Engineering to align technical roadmaps with business goals.
Drive the adoption of reusable platforms, APIs, and common data capabilities to ensure scalable infrastructure.
Identify and integrate AI, automation, and data analytics into sales and servicing workflows.

What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree (preferred).
15+ years of relevant technology experience, including significant leadership in technology product management, digital platforms, or financial services.
Experience leading large, complex, global technology product portfolios.
Investment Services, Asset Servicing, Institutional Financial Services, or related domain experience (preferred).
Demonstrated ability to define and execute enterprise-scale technology product strategies and multi-year roadmaps.
Strong technical fluency in modern application architecture, APIs, cloud, data platforms, integration, SaaS, and digital technologies.
Proven ability to partner with and influence senior business and technology executives.
Experience working with global teams and stakeholders (preferred).
