What you'll do
Build and lead the Legal Strategy and Enablement function to drive operational excellence.
Develop a cohesive legal strategy and model that increases functional value and agility.

Manage and optimize legal technology and tools used by the team for seamless integration.
Champion continuous improvement by identifying and rolling out innovative operational processes.
Develop metrics and trends on key data to measure results and guide decision-making.
What we're looking for
10+ years of legal or legal operations experience, including leadership roles.
Proven track record in building and mentoring high-performing teams.
Deep expertise in legal operations, analytics, process mapping, and workflow automation.
Strong ability to use data for decision-making and translate complex issues into actionable guidance.
Experience with implementing AI-powered processes and legal technology tools.
Collaborative mindset with cross-functional stakeholders including Legal, Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams.
Familiarity with vendor management in a high-growth, multi-jurisdictional environment.
