What you'll do

Design and execute novel environmental, RF, mechanical, and electrical test solutions for ground antenna electronics.
Perform detailed failure analysis on ground antenna hardware to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
Select commercial-off-the-shelf hardware and design custom PCBAs to measure signals and apply flight-like loads.
Provide hands-on hardware support through design qualification, production ramp, and ground network rollout.
Conduct electrical bench testing of failures to replicate and mitigate hardware anomalies.
Build physical and digital tools to analyze data collected from the field and the lab.
Drive continual design improvements by developing tools to analyze performance data.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, physics, or other STEM discipline.
1+ years of experience in hardware development, failure analysis, or reliability engineering (internships and co-ops acceptable).
Must be a U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, asylee, or eligible for required Department of State authorizations.
Master’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, physics, or other STEM discipline (preferred).
Experience with electronics and mechanical design, analysis, and RF principles (preferred).
Experience analyzing circuits and PCBAs and developing functional test plans (preferred).
Experience with test equipment like oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and vector signal generators (preferred).
Experience in environmental testing such as HALT/HASS, thermal, humidity, shock, and vibration (preferred).
