What you'll do

Design and execute novel environmental, RF, mechanical, and electrical test solutions for ground antenna electronics.
Perform detailed failure analysis on hardware to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
Select commercial-off-the-shelf components and design custom PCBAs to measure signals and power units under test.
Provide hands-on support for hardware through design qualification, production ramp, and network rollout.
Conduct electrical bench testing of failures to replicate and mitigate technical anomalies.
Build physical and digital tools to analyze data collected from the field and laboratory environments.
Drive continuous improvements to designs by solving complex engineering problems with simple solutions.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, physics, or another STEM discipline.
1+ years of experience in hardware development, failure analysis, or reliability engineering (internships and co-ops acceptable).
Must be a U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee to meet ITAR requirements.
Master's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, physics, or another STEM discipline (preferred).
Experience with electronics and mechanical design/analysis including knowledge of RF principles (preferred).
Experience analyzing circuits and PCBAs while developing functional test plans (preferred).
Experience with test equipment like oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and network analyzers to validate product requirements (preferred).
Experience in environmental testing such as HALT/HASS, thermal, humidity, shock, and vibration (preferred).
