Group Product Manager

What you'll do

• Translate emerging technologies and customer insights into differentiated product experiences and measurable business impact.
• Develop actionable product roadmaps that align Foresight initiatives with broader business unit goals and platform capabilities.
• Establish cross-functional operating mechanisms for planning, prioritization, dependency management, and decision-making in a matrixed environment.
• Lead products from early concept exploration and customer discovery through validation and integration into core platforms.
• Partner with User Research and Design Technology teams to integrate behavioral insights and scalable design systems into the product strategy.
• Define and operationalize success metrics, experimentation strategies, and portfolio-level KPI tracking across the organization.
• Synthesize roadmap progress and business impact into clear communications for senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
• Build AI-native workflows and reusable systems that address complex technical challenges and customer pain points.

What we're looking for

• 8+ years of experience in product management within a high-complexity technical environment.
• Proven track record of delivering complex user-facing features from concept to launch.
• Specific expertise in building AI-native workflows leveraging generative AI.
• Deep knowledge of ML/LLM-powered automation, data pipelines, and evaluation loops.
• Strong understanding of conversational AI, prompt engineering, and generative AI UX challenges.
• Mastery of innovation frameworks such as Customer-Driven Innovation (CDI) and Design for Delight (D4D).
• Ability to think as a systems thinker to build reusable systems serving multiple teams.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field like Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or Math is required.
