Group Product Manager, Code Security

What you'll do

• Manage and grow multiple Code Security products to meet specific revenue and business targets.
• Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for accountable security products.
• Ensure predictable execution of roadmaps across both direct and partner engineering teams.
• Develop pricing and packaging strategies based on market dynamics to maximize revenue.
• Drive go-to-market (GTM) strategies in collaboration with sales, marketing, and channel partners.
• Serve as the primary product leader for analysts, press, and customer communities.
• Manage, mentor, and grow a team of individual contributor Product Managers.

What we're looking for

• Experience in Product Management with a track record of business growth and customer adoption in CNAPP, data, and AI security markets.
• Proven experience managing and mentoring teams of product managers to achieve high performance.
• Demonstrated success developing Go-To-Market programs and achieving targets with sales, marketing, and partner teams.
• Expertise in pricing and packaging strategies to maximize revenue and strategic advantage.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both engineering counterparts and non-technical audiences.
• Advanced analytical aptitude to derive insights from market, competitive, usage, and pipeline data.
• Strong communication skills for presenting to executive leadership, industry analysts, and the press.
