Director, Product Management, Cloud Security and Shared Capabilities

What you'll do

• Manage multiple product lines to achieve multi-hundred million dollar annual revenue targets.
• Own the product strategy and roadmap for cloud security products aligned with business goals.
• Ensure predictable execution of roadmaps across both direct and partner teams.
• Develop pricing and packaging strategies based on market dynamics to maximize revenue.
• Drive go-to-market strategies in collaboration with sales, marketing, and channel partners.
• Serve as the primary product leader representative for analysts, press, and customer communities.
• Manage, mentor, and grow a team of individual contributor and manager-level Product Managers.
• Analyze market, competitive, and usage data to derive critical insights for product growth.

What we're looking for

• Experience in product management with a track record of business growth and customer adoption in the CNAPP market.
• Experience driving shared platform capabilities to support multiple products.
• Proven experience managing, mentoring, and growing teams of product managers.
• Demonstrated success developing go-to-market programs and achieving targets with cross-functional partners.
• Expertise in pricing and packaging strategies to maximize revenue and strategic advantage.
• Technical background as a software engineer, security engineer, or equivalent technical knowledge to discuss complex concepts.
• Advanced analytical aptitude to derive insights from market, competitive, usage, and pipeline data.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting to executive, technical, and external audiences.
