Group Product Manager, Code Security

What you'll do

• Run and grow multiple Code Security products to meet multi-hundred million dollar annual revenue targets.
• Own the product strategy and roadmap for security products to ensure market differentiation and customer value.
• Ensure predictable roadmap execution across direct and partner teams to achieve specific business outcomes.
• Develop pricing and packaging strategies based on market dynamics to maximize revenue potential.
• Drive go-to-market strategy with partner teams to achieve growth and business goals.
• Represent the product line as the primary leader for analysts, press, and customer communities.
• Manage and mentor a team of individual contributor Product Managers to ensure high-quality work and fulfillment.

• Experienced leader in Product Management with demonstrated success in business growth and customer adoption in CNAPP, data, and AI security markets.
• Seasoned team leader with experience directly managing and mentoring product management teams into sustained high performers.
• Demonstrated success in developing and achieving GTM targets with sales, engineering, channels, marketing, and customer success teams.
• Highly skilled in pricing and packaging strategies to maximize revenue potential and strategic advantage.
• Demonstrated technical knowledge to discuss technical concepts with customers and engineering counterparts.
• Compelling presenter with excellent verbal and written communication skills for executive, technical, and external audiences.
• Highly data-driven with an advanced analytical aptitude to synthesize market, competitive, usage, and pipeline data.
• Customer-centric champion capable of delivering high-value experiences across all phases of the customer lifecycle.
