What you'll do

Own the product vision and roadmap for Coinbase's Compliance Automation platform.
Lead a team of PMs to deliver AI/ML-powered capabilities for compliance automation.
Drive cost optimization in compliance operations without increasing regulatory risk.
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure automation systems meet regulatory requirements.
Integrate emerging AI/ML technologies to enhance compliance detection and reduce false positives.

What we're looking for

10+ years of product management experience in AI/ML-powered automation or compliance technology.
Proven track record in regulatory compliance frameworks and navigating approval processes.
Experience leading large cross-functional programs with multiple workstreams and PM teams.
Demonstrated ability to partner with ML engineers on agentic AI architectures for compliance products.
Strong history of driving executive-level alignment and communicating investment tradeoffs clearly.
