What you'll do

  • Define and execute the long-term vision and strategy for Search and Recommendations Quality across the digital ecosystem.
  • Lead the product roadmap for search relevance, retrieval systems, ranking frameworks, and evaluation metrics.
  • Develop strategies for recommendation systems to improve customer engagement and discovery across all platforms.
  • Oversee the development of multi-objective optimization platforms that balance customer relevance with business goals.
  • Manage a team of senior product leaders while building organizational capability and leadership bench strength.
  • Drive innovation in machine learning-powered discovery and experimentation frameworks at scale.
  • Align cross-functional stakeholders across Engineering, Data Science, Design, and Advertising to achieve unified search goals.
  • Communicate strategy and investment recommendations to executive leadership to drive enterprise-wide alignment.

What we're looking for

  • A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is required.
  • Candidates must have at least 15 years of experience in product management if they hold a Bachelor's degree.
  • Alternatively, candidates may qualify with 17 years of experience in product management or a related area.
  • Experience leading search, recommendations, marketplace, discovery, or AI-driven consumer platforms at scale is preferred.
  • Candidates should have deep knowledge of search systems, recommendation systems, and machine learning-powered products.
  • Proficiency in experimentation frameworks, optimization systems, and multi-objective optimization is required.
  • A Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration is a preferred qualification.
  • Experience leading large-scale, complex B2C/B2B products and managing supervisory roles is preferred.
