Graphics (GPU) Design Verification Engineer

As a Graphics (GPU) Design Verification Engineer within the Silicon Engineering group and the GPU Shader Core team, you will contribute to the development of power-efficient, high-performance graphics processor microarchitectures for mobile devices and personal computers. You will focus on the Unified Shader Core, which serves as the central programmable hub of the GPUs. Your daily responsibilities include modifying and maintaining UVM-based verification test bench components and object-oriented functional models, developing constrained random test suites, running simulations, and debugging design issues. You will also analyze functional coverage to address gaps and collaborate with architecture teams to refine specifications. Required skills include proficiency in C++ or similar object-oriented languages, Verilog or other HDLs, and experience with tools like IES, VCS, DVE, Verdi, and scripting languages such as Python, Ruby, or Perl.
