What you'll do

  • Drive program management execution for GPU software development across pre-silicon, post-silicon, and platform maintenance phases.
  • Manage schedule planning, milestone tracking, resource allocation, and risk mitigation for multiple GPU software domains.
  • Coordinate cross-functional execution across architecture, compiler, driver, compute, rendering, tools, validation, and QA teams.
  • Track program health and report progress, risks, and blockers to leadership using Jira and Confluence dashboards.
  • Align software readiness with hardware development milestones and ecosystem requirements from global partners.
  • Champion the continuous improvement of project management processes, metrics, and execution frameworks.
  • Manage concurrent programs to ensure alignment with technical priorities and project plans.

What we're looking for

  • Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Must have 11+ years of experience with a Bachelor's, 9+ years with a Master's, or 7+ years with a Ph.D.
  • Requires 7+ years of system software technical program or project management for GPU, Graphics, CPU, multimedia, or embedded software.
  • Must have a strong understanding of software development lifecycles including architecture, development, validation, QA, release, performance, and maintenance.
  • Proven ability to manage schedules, resources, dependencies, and risks while communicating status to technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, defect tracking tools, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
  • Must be well versed in Waterfall and Agile methodologies, source control (Git, Perforce), and engineering development workflows.
  • Applicants must be authorized to access information subject to U.S. export control laws.
