What you'll do

  • Drive the delivery of the full GPU solution portfolio including post-silicon and commercialization for the mobile market.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, KPIs, and plans of record for hardware IP development programs.
  • Resolve program issues and conflicts across engineering groups through effective communication and influence.
  • Assess risks, develop mitigation strategies, and communicate GPU IP program status to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot schedule and resource conflicts by defining alternative milestones, tasks, and processes as needed.
  • Manage documentation and reporting in JIRA and Confluence while delivering executive-level progress presentations.
  • Drive the adoption of project management best practices and continuously improve program metrics and processes.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering with 6+ years of experience, a Master's with 4+ years, or a PhD with 2+ years.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a technical program or project management role.
  • Hands-on technical expertise in GPU, CPU, or DSP hardware platforms.
  • Experience with ASIC design, silicon validation, and the IP development process.
  • Familiarity with Waterfall and Agile methodologies and source control systems like Git or Perforce.
  • Proficiency in project management tools including Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA, and Bugzilla.
  • Strong communication skills for technical presentations and cross-functional team leadership.
  • Authorization to access information subject to U.S. export control laws.
