Global Time and Attendance Product Manager, Vice President serves as a core leader within the Total Rewards, Global Pay & Time team. Key competencies include advanced knowledge of the product development lifecycle, data literacy, risk management, and experience designing enterprise digital experiences. The work focuses on solving complexities in attendance tracking, time-tracking workflows, and integrating insights across Time and Absence systems.

What you'll do

Define and execute a long-term strategy for attendance products aligned with global time and absence goals.
Conduct research and discovery with employees and managers to uncover needs and inform the product roadmap.
Manage and prioritize a product backlog to ensure delivery of high-quality features and measurable customer value.
Establish frameworks to track key success metrics including data quality, adoption rates, and operational performance.
Oversee the development of employee and manager experiences such as dashboards, notifications, and workflows.
Collaborate with technology and data teams to resolve complex calculation issues and ensure system stability.
Identify opportunities to expand attendance capabilities across different populations and integrate insights into other platforms.
Engage senior leadership to gather feedback, communicate trade-offs, and secure alignment on strategic decisions.

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience in product management or a relevant domain area.
Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
Proven ability to develop long-term product strategies and translate them into prioritized, executable roadmaps.
Strong data literacy with experience defining requirements, evaluating quality, and using analytics for product decisions.
Technical fluency sufficient to partner with engineering and data teams on complex datasets and production issues.
Experience designing or managing employee, manager, workforce, or enterprise digital experiences.
Proven ability to engage senior leaders, influence decisions, and align stakeholders with differing priorities.
Experience with attendance, time, absence, or HR technology products (preferred); experience in a matrixed organization (preferred).
