Technology Strategy Analyst

What you'll do

• Resolve complex, cross-cutting, executive-level problems faced by the Global Technology organization.
• Structure ambiguous, open-ended problems into clear questions and testable hypotheses.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of market, competitive, and technology trends to inform strategic positioning.
• Provide recommendations to align firmwide technology initiatives with business goals and risk tolerance.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure technical recommendations are grounded and feasible.
• Translate complex data into persuasive narratives that highlight the "so what" for senior leadership.
• Create executive-grade deliverables tailored for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Evaluate and support the adoption of emerging technologies, specifically AI and agentic systems.

What we're looking for

• 2+ years of strategy or diverse problem-solving experience in consulting or similar generalist environments.
• Ability to communicate effectively and confidently in both oral and written formats across various levels of the organization.
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration and influencing stakeholders, including senior executives.
• Proficiency in using MS Excel and PowerPoint tools.
• Working knowledge or hands-on experience leveraging AI tools and agentic systems like Claude, ChatGPT, or MSFT CoPilot.
• Knowledge of enterprise technologies and trends with the ability to learn quickly.
