What you'll do

Structure ambiguous, open-ended problems into clear questions and testable hypotheses.
Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of market, competitive, and technology trends.
Provide recommendations to align technology investments with business goals and risk tolerance.
Partner with stakeholders to ensure strategic recommendations are technically grounded and feasible.
Translate complex data analysis into clear, persuasive narratives for senior leadership.
Build executive-grade deliverables for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Evaluate the adoption of emerging technologies, specifically AI and agentic systems, within a regulated environment.

What we're looking for

2+ years of strategy or diverse problem-solving experience, such as with a top management consulting firm.
Ability to communicate effectively and confidently in both oral and written formats across various subject areas and organizational levels.
Experience with cross-functional collaboration and influencing stakeholders across all levels, including senior executives.
Ability to work effectively in both a team environment and independently.
Excellent and efficient skills using MS Excel and PowerPoint tools.
Working knowledge or hands-on experience leveraging various AI tools and agentic systems (preferred).
Knowledge of enterprise technologies and trends with the ability to learn quickly (preferred).
