Build and manage strategic supplier relationships across India to support company expansion and growth.

Mitigate supply chain risks and constraints across multi-tier supplier networks to ensure operational continuity.

What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
8+ years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing or procurement focused on contract manufacturing, preferably in defense, aerospace, or advanced technology industries.
Proven success negotiating and managing complex manufacturing agreements with Indian suppliers and understanding of Indian business culture.
Professional fluency in English and Hindi (written and verbal) to navigate cross-cultural communication.
Expertise in the Indian compliance landscape including FEFTA, export controls, and dual-use technology regulations.
Broad commodity knowledge spanning electronics, precision manufacturing, materials, optics, sensors, and other defense-relevant categories.
Demonstrated success managing complex supplier relationships and negotiating agreements with Japanese companies.
Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
