Build and manage strategic supplier relationships across India to support Anduril's regional expansion.
Develop pre-contract strategies including scope definition, proposal development, and term sheet generation for international projects.
Identify, qualify, and onboard Indian suppliers by assessing technical capabilities, capacity, and financial stability.
Mitigate supply chain risks and constraints across multi-tier supplier networks to ensure production continuity.
Provide strategic advisory to Indian partners regarding their local sourcing strategies and technical requirements.
Ensure full compliance with complex international and regional regulations including ITAR, REACH, and export controls.
Act as the primary liaison between internal engineering teams and Indian manufacturing partners to bridge cultural gaps.
Manage supplier performance through escalation protocols, corrective actions, and strategic capacity planning.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
8+ years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing or procurement focused on contract manufacturing, preferably in defense, aerospace, or advanced technology.
Proven success negotiating and managing complex manufacturing agreements with Indian suppliers and understanding Indian business culture.
Professional fluency in English and Hindi (written and verbal) to navigate cross-cultural communication.
Expertise in the Indian compliance landscape including FEFTA, export controls, and dual-use technology regulations.
Broad commodity knowledge across electronics, precision manufacturing, materials, optics, sensors, and other defense-relevant categories.
Demonstrated success managing complex supplier relationships and negotiating agreements with Japanese companies.
Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
