  • Coordinate external architects, engineers, consultants, and technical vendors during site assessments, design reviews, and engineering studies.
  • Identify technical gaps, risks, and dependencies required to determine site feasibility and operational readiness.
  • Maintain technical documentation, audit findings, risk registers, and project information within portfolio tools and repositories.
  • Develop and present regular portfolio-level reporting on site readiness, audit findings, technical risks, and outstanding issues.
  • Support root-cause analysis and troubleshooting of electrical or mechanical infrastructure issues within operating mission-critical facilities.

What we're looking for

  • US Citizenship is required to meet federal government security requirements.
  • Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years of experience in engineering, technical program management, data analysis, or product development, or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
  • 10+ years of experience in mission-critical or high-tech infrastructure such as datacenters, semiconductor facilities, or large-scale manufacturing.
  • Demonstrated electrical and/or mechanical engineering expertise in mission-critical infrastructure, including utility capacity, distribution, UPS, and cooling systems.
  • Experience assessing infrastructure supporting high-density AI or accelerated-compute environments.
  • Experience performing site feasibility assessments, technical due diligence, design reviews, facility audits, and engineering studies.
  • Experience supporting root-cause analysis and troubleshooting electrical or mechanical infrastructure issues within operating mission-critical facilities.
