What you'll do

  • Maintain and improve developer-facing documentation for transaction banking APIs.
  • Analyze client feedback and adoption metrics to improve the developer experience.
  • Support clients and internal teams in understanding API capabilities and functionality.
  • Gather and document product requirements, user stories, and feature requests for APIs.
  • Perform testing and validation activities for new APIs and payment channel enhancements.
  • Coordinate with engineering and commercial teams to support product launches and client onboarding.
  • Monitor industry trends in open banking and AI-enabled development to inform product improvements.

What we're looking for

  • 0-2 years of experience in technology, fintech, payments, banking, consulting, business analysis, or a related field.
  • Foundational understanding of APIs and developer platforms including REST APIs, JSON, OpenAPI specifications, and SDKs.
  • Experience using frontend development tools and design applications like Figma, Framer, Retool, or similar tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate data and communicate actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to translate technical concepts into clear documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Interest in learning payments, treasury management, and financial technology concepts.
  • Enthusiasm for developer experience (DX), open banking, and AI-enabled development workflows (preferred).
