What you'll do

  • Rotate through four different IT disciplines over a 24-month period to gain diverse technical experience.
  • Complete two intensive IT Boot Camps and various formal coursework in advanced information technology.
  • Execute projects involving web development, data science, data engineering, and cybersecurity.
  • Develop and strengthen skills in system integration, automation, and programming languages.
  • Solve complex business problems using innovative IT solutions and new methodologies.
  • Participate in on-site technical and professional development classes to build leadership skills.
  • Engage in community service events sponsored by the company.

What we're looking for

  • Must be graduating by Spring 2027 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or Mathematics.
  • Must maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale.
  • Must possess proven, applied technology experience.
  • Must have strong analytical ability.
  • Must possess proven leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Must have strong communication skills.
  • Relevant intern or co-op experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in multiple programming languages is preferred.
