What you'll do

  • Develop GenAI-powered agentic applications to automate and optimize physical synthesis processes.
  • Implement intelligent agents using Model Context Protocol (MCP) and other frameworks to enhance synthesis flows.
  • Create AI-driven solutions to autonomously analyze and optimize Physical Synthesis, LEC, and DFT workflows.
  • Build intelligent CAD tools that leverage GenAI for automated debugging and synthesis optimization.
  • Integrate agentic solutions with existing EDA tools like Fusion Compiler and Genus.
  • Develop autonomous systems to predict design challenges and recommend technical solutions.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor of Science degree required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Experience with GenAI frameworks, large language models, and AI agent development.
  • Experience with industry standard synthesis tools such as Fusion Compiler or Genus.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages including TCL, Python, or Perl for EDA tool automation.
  • Knowledge of physical synthesis concepts, CAD flows, and frontend methodology.
  • Experience with Python AI/ML libraries like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Transformers.
  • Familiarity with agentic frameworks such as MCP, AutoGen, CrewAI, or LangChain.
