What you'll do

Lead the full CIAM delivery lifecycle from initial scoping and configuration through go-live and adoption.
Configure CIAM platform components including MFA, SSO, RBAC, JIT provisioning, and self-service portals.
Serve as the primary delivery contact for client IT leads, stakeholders, and external vendors.
Conduct executive business reviews to translate deployment outcomes into measurable security and business ROI.
Develop CIAM omni-channel standard patterns for digital, voice, and paper interactions.
Monitor adoption health to identify expansion opportunities and support renewal conversations.
Provide customer insights to internal Product and Engineering teams to influence the platform roadmap.
Draft and deliver regular status reports and internal communications regarding CIAM initiatives.

What we're looking for

10+ years of hands-on IAM/CIAM platform implementation and delivery experience.
Demonstrated experience managing large-scale user onboarding and identity migration projects.
Strong project management capability including scope, planning, risk, and change management.
Prior consulting or client-facing delivery experience, comfortable operating with autonomy in a client environment.
Deep technical understanding of IAM solutions across multiple vendors, such as Microsoft and Okta.
Good understanding of MFA, PAM, and Risk Based Authentication.
Experience at an IAM vendor, system integrator, or cybersecurity firm (preferred).
Experience with NIST SP800-63 Digital Authentication Standard (preferred).
