Financial Analyst I

What you'll do

• Report and maintain weekly P&L statements, forecasting data, and compensation analysis.
• Create high-quality business reports using Oracle tools like Data Visualization and Hyperion.
• Collect and analyze large datasets to perform financial analysis.
• Visualize, mine, and synthesize data to derive actionable insights.
• Identify and recommend process improvements for the finance department.
• Compose and present data-driven recommendations to the finance team.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial analysis packets for management review.

What we're looking for

• Applicants must be able to read, write, and speak English and Spanish.
• A BA or BS degree in Finance or Accounting is required.
• A minimum 3.5+ GPA is preferred.
• Candidates should have 0 to 1 years of experience.
• Proficiency in Excel and other financial database systems is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are required.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines is required.
