Gainsight Administrator

What you'll do

• Administer and maintain Gainsight configuration, data integrity, user permissions, and technical documentation for over 200 users.
• Design and build C360/R360 layouts, scorecards, health models, CTAs, playbooks, and success plans.
• Build and troubleshoot automated workflows using the Rules Engine, scheduled runs, and Journey Orchestrator.
• Configure and tune Gainsight AI capabilities, including Copilot prompts and Key Definitions.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for leadership regarding health, adoption, usage, and sentiment.
• Manage data integrations with Salesforce and Snowflake using Data Designer to ingest and transform data.
• Partner with IT and Security to manage access controls, authentication, and security reviews for new connectors.
• Lead QA and UAT for new builds and manage ongoing system performance, hypercare, and release logs.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of experience in Customer Experience or Customer Success Operations, Systems Administration, or Revenue Operations.
• 2+ years of hands-on Gainsight administration experience.
• Deep expertise in Gainsight Rules Engine, Data Designer, C360/R360, Scorecards, CTAs, Playbooks, Success Plans, Journey Orchestrator, and reporting.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce data models and the Gainsight and Salesforce integration.
• Proven ability to translate requirements into scalable, well-documented system configurations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-quality skills with clear written and verbal English communication.
• Experience with customer intelligence, sentiment, or early-warning signal tooling (preferred).
• Gainsight NXT Administrator certification (Level 2 or 3), Snowflake/SQL experience, or Salesforce Administrator certification (preferred).
