FW Engineering PMO Program Manager

What you'll do

• Act as a Scrum Master for multiple teams to manage firmware development using Agile principles.
• Manage project schedules, critical deliverables, and resource allocation plans for notebook and desktop PC projects.
• Track and report program metrics, risks, issues, and status updates to senior management.
• Coordinate development and documentation activities across software, firmware, and other functional teams.
• Serve as a bridge between internal engineering teams and external stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.
• Use MS Azure DevOps and other tools to track project results and manage the product backlog.
• Identify and resolve team impediments while facilitating all required scrum ceremonies.
• Drive innovation and quality initiatives into manufacturing and engineering processes.

What we're looking for

• A four-year or graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field.
• 7 to 10 years of work experience in program management, scrum master roles, or professional technology organizations.
• Extensive experience delivering firmware or device driver programs using Agile methodology.
• Proficiency in MS Azure DevOps and other project planning tools for tracking results.
• Experience acting as an Agile Scrum Master for multiple teams including sprint planning and backlog management.
• Strong communication skills to manage stakeholders, negotiate with business groups, and brief executive management.
• Knowledge of risk management, change management, and continuous improvement processes.
• Preferred certification: Program Management Professional (PMP).
