What you'll do

Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions across Oracle EBS, CPQ, and Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
Lead the end-to-end technical lifecycle including architecture, validation, and deployment of Fusion Cloud modules.
Develop a strategic vision and product roadmap to migrate existing Oracle EBS systems to Fusion Cloud.
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert to provide guidance to Product Owners and business stakeholders.
Manage the delivery of high-impact projects and system improvements using Agile Scrum frameworks.
Coordinate with external vendors and internal teams to ensure successful implementation and alignment of project deliverables.
Improve standard procedures for development, CI/CD, and managing scalable Oracle EBS/CPQ instances.
Communicate risks and issues to leadership while recommending proactive solutions.

What we're looking for

Bachelor degree required.
8+ years of professional work experience in IT.
5+ years of experience leading Oracle EBS projects.
3+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion migration projects.
Proven track record of designing, troubleshooting, and problem-solving within the Oracle EBS suite.
Proficiency in utilizing Agile Scrum frameworks to drive project delivery.
Experience managing technical lifecycles for Oracle Fusion Cloud modules.
Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
