What you'll do

Design and deploy custom agents and agentic workflows while governing permissions and data access.
Architect agentic deployments on enterprise platforms including trust-layer and cross-agent governance.
Define AI orchestration architecture, state management, tool-calling, and failure-mode patterns.
Design agentic quality-assurance frameworks using test orchestration and synthetic-data strategies.
Engineer enterprise knowledge bases, ontologies, and retrieval pipelines for large-scale agent grounding.
Translate complex domain requirements into functional AI specifications for the engineering pod.
Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications using Java, .NET, Spring Boot, or Node.js.

What we're looking for

7-15 years of delivery experience with deep AI-systems design experience.
Strong software engineering and application development background.
Experience with technologies such as Java, .NET, Spring Boot, Angular, Node.js, APIs, and microservices.
Expertise in agentic system architecture, AI orchestration, and state-management patterns.
Proficiency with enterprise agent platforms like Copilot Studio or Agentforce.
Skills in knowledge graph and ontology engineering, RAG-at-scale, and grounding strategies.
Experience in agentic test-framework design, AI security, and access controls.
Ability to pass the Frontier CoE assessment at the Specialist level.
