Functional Architect, Enterprise Learning Management Solutions

What you'll do

• Design functional architectures for enterprise learning management solutions that align with organizational learning strategies.
• Coordinate PeopleSoft Program Management processes to structure learning initiatives and define functional requirements.
• Analyze existing LMS configurations to improve learner experience, assessment accuracy, and administrative efficiency.
• Oversee SF Learning Content Migration by defining rules for content mapping, version control, and metadata governance.
• Configure Cornerstone Learning solutions to support curricula, certifications, competencies, and regulatory requirements.
• Document detailed functional specifications, use cases, and process flows to guide technical configuration and testing.
• Develop reusable functional frameworks for learning content lifecycle management, including authoring and archival.
• Provide day-to-day functional guidance on learning workflows, enrollment rules, and assessment setup.

What we're looking for

• Candidate must be located in the U.S.
• 9 to 12 years of relevant professional experience in enterprise learning solutions, LMS implementations, or functional architecture roles.
• Strong experience designing functional architectures for learning management ecosystems using PeopleSoft Program Management.
• Extensive knowledge of SF Learning Content Migration processes, including content transitions and learning records.
• Deep LMS and LCMS domain knowledge, including catalog management, enrollment flows, and certification tracking.
• Proven expertise with Cornerstone Learning platforms, including learning paths, dynamic assignments, and curricula.
• Certified Cornerstone OnDemand professional certification is required.
• Relevant learning technology, LMS implementation, or enterprise learning platform certifications are preferred (preferred).
