What you'll do

Architect and ship full-stack features across WPC web properties from technical design through production release.
Build and evolve Node.js BFF services to bridge server APIs with high-performance Vue frontend experiences.
Write efficient, well-documented, and thoroughly tested TypeScript code across the entire stack.
Translate ambiguous requirements into scoped, executable plans for milestone-based delivery.
Strengthen web security by applying cryptographic best practices and hardening frontends against threats.
Integrate CI/CD pipelines with automated testing coverage using tools like Cypress or Playwright.
Implement design systems that meet WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards.

What we're looking for

3+ years of experience delivering production-grade, customer-facing web software with measurable quality and performance outcomes.
2+ years of experience building Node.js BFF layers that serve complex web UIs at scale.
Advanced proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript frameworks, specifically Vue, in production environments.
Demonstrated ability to drive ambiguous deliverables independently and manage milestones without step-by-step direction.
Solid grounding in CS fundamentals including algorithms, data structures, and system design for architectural decisions.
Working knowledge of web security principles and cryptographic concepts applied to frontend and API design.
Experience with SSR frameworks (Nuxt, Next.js), CI/CD pipelines, or building accessible design systems.
Experience with real-time technologies (WebSockets, WebRTC) or native-to-web integration for iOS and hybrid mobile development.
