What you'll do

Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications and cloud-native microservices.
Write, review, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and secure code for enterprise applications.
Design and implement solutions leveraging LLMs, Generative AI, and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
Integrate AI/ML services and APIs into enterprise applications following security best practices.
Troubleshoot and optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, and backlog refinement.
Contribute to technical documentation, architecture discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
4+ years of software engineering experience (preferred).
4+ years of software development experience using Java, Spring Boot, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and React (preferred).
Experience architecting, designing, implementing, and delivering cloud-native applications and distributed systems.
Experience building and integrating AI-powered applications and services using LLMs, Generative AI, and RAG architectures.
Experience with Microsoft Azure and/or AWS cloud platforms, including Kubernetes, Docker, and Jenkins CI/CD.
Experience with relational databases (MS SQL Server), NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DocumentDB), vector databases, and Kafka.
Experience working in Agile development environments and designing RESTful APIs.
