What you'll do

Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-grade full stack applications using React, Java, and Spring Boot.
Build secure, high-performing backend services and RESTful APIs for legal operations and compliance initiatives.
Develop responsive web interfaces and reusable UI components using JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Create cloud-native microservices and event-driven solutions using Kafka or Azure Service Bus.
Design and maintain relational and NoSQL data models using SQL Server, Oracle, and MongoDB.
Implement CI/CD pipelines and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes in Azure or AWS.
Support production environments through monitoring, troubleshooting, logging, and root cause analysis.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions for matter management and document processing workflows.

What we're looking for

3-5 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer.
2-5 years of full stack development experience.
Experience designing and developing enterprise applications and integrations.
Experience with distributed messaging platforms such as Kafka or Azure Service Bus.
Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DocumentDB).
Experience developing and deploying applications in Microsoft Azure and/or AWS.
Experience working with Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience with Matter Management, Legal Operations, Case Management, Claims Systems, or Document Management platforms (preferred).
