Full Stack Java/React Technical Lead - Vice President

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and implement Generative AI models using Python and deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Integrate Generative AI capabilities into existing systems and develop new AI-powered applications.
• Lead application systems analysis and programming activities while ensuring sprint deliverables are met.
• Develop frameworks, data models, architecture diagrams, and technical documentation for the team.
• Act as the second-level reviewer for application designs, implementations, and test plans.
• Serve as the single point of contact for L3 production incidents, performing root cause analysis and permanent resolutions.
• Manage stakeholders to develop roadmaps, milestones, and release schedules.
• Coach and mentor the scrum team while removing development impediments and maintaining engineering standards.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• 6+ years of Full Stack software engineering experience developing enterprise-scale applications.
• Expertise in building web applications using Java, Springboot, Microservices, Angular/React, and Oracle/PostgreSQL.
• Proven experience with Generative AI models, including large language models (LLMs) or other generative architectures.
• Proficiency in deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
• Experience with Google ADK or similar Google AI/ML platforms and SDKs.
• Expertise in enterprise integrations through RESTful APIs, Kafka messaging, Elastic Search, NoSQL, and Caching solutions.
• Expertise in site reliability engineering, test-driven development, and authentication, authorization, and security.
