What you'll do

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, with a Master's degree preferred.
  • 6 to 10+ years of relevant experience in applications development or systems analysis.
  • Proven track record in a technical leadership role including project management and mentoring.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Java and frameworks like Spring Boot for backend services.
  • Strong hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React or Angular.
  • Proficiency in designing and building APIs using both RESTful services and GraphQL.
  • Experience with Apache Kafka for event-driven architectures and real-time data pipelines.
  • Hands-on experience with Docker containerization and Kubernetes orchestration in production environments.
