What you'll do

Design AI-driven systems to automate governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance across all applications.
Develop and maintain high-scale distributed systems, microservices, and full-stack platforms using Go, Python, and Java.
Build automated architectural guardrails to ensure real-time compliance and technical excellence.
Write production code, conduct architecture reviews, and create proofs-of-concept to validate new technical directions.
Implement modern cloud-native architectures including event-driven systems and mesh data topologies on AWS.
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of critical infrastructure projects, including design, testing, deployment, and optimization.
Act as a technical consultant and mentor to establish high engineering standards across the organization.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
At least 6 years of experience in software engineering.
At least 3 years of experience with public cloud platforms, cloud-based productivity tools, or virtualization technologies.
Master’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred).
9+ years of experience with Golang and Python (preferred).
4+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, or Microsoft Azure (preferred).
4+ years of experience in open source frameworks (preferred).
Experience with interactive AI tooling to accelerate productivity beyond basic code completion (preferred).
