Identify areas for improvement and perform targeted refactoring to reduce technical debt and enhance performance.
Influence long-term technology strategy by evaluating emerging tools and practices in a "you build it, you own it" environment.
Mentor other members of the engineering community to drive professional development and technical growth.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
At least 4 years of experience in software engineering.
At least 2 years of experience with public cloud platforms, cloud-based productivity tools, or virtualization technologies.
Master’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred).
7+ years of experience coding with Go or Python (preferred).
3+ years of experience with AWS (preferred).
4+ years of experience contributing to open source frameworks (preferred).
3+ years of experience with front-end JavaScript or TypeScript frameworks (preferred).
