What you'll do

Provide technical leadership across multiple teams to drive solutions in distributed microservices and full-stack systems.
Design and implement large-scale, cloud-native systems with high reliability and performance requirements.
Develop applications using Python, Go, Node.js, and various AWS tools and services.
Define platform roadmaps, shared services strategies, and integration patterns with architects and product leaders.
Establish engineering standards for design, development, architecture, and operational excellence across teams.
Identify areas for improvement and perform targeted refactoring to reduce technical debt.
Influence long-term technology strategy by evaluating emerging tools and practices in a "you build it, you own it" environment.
Mentor other members of the engineering community and drive professional development within technical teams.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
At least 6 years of experience in software engineering.
At least 3 years of experience with public cloud platforms, cloud-based productivity tools, or virtualization technologies.
Master’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred).
9+ years of experience coding with Python or Go (preferred).
5+ years of experience with front-end JavaScript or TypeScript frameworks (preferred).
4+ years of experience with AWS and public cloud platforms (preferred).
4+ years of experience with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and automated testing frameworks (preferred).
