What you'll do

Implement end-to-end features using front-end frameworks like React and back-end microservices in Python, Java, or Node.js.
Build and integrate API frameworks including FastAPI, RESTful, gRPC, or GraphQL.
Develop and manage scalable services using containerized workloads with Docker and Kubernetes.
Support cloud deployments on AWS or Azure using Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
Execute DevSecOps practices including automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and security scanning.
Integrate data, machine learning, and analytical pipeline components into mission workflows.
Troubleshoot full-stack issues and contribute to overall engineering improvements.

What we're looking for

4+ years of experience with full-stack software development.
Experience in a modern object-oriented language.
Experience with front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue, and HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience developing and consuming FastAPI, REST/gRPC, or GraphQL APIs.
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience deploying to AWS or Azure cloud environments.
Experience with GitLab, GitHub, or Jenkins CI/CD automation.
Experience working with SQL or NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, MongoDB, or SQLite.
Active TS/SCI clearance and willingness to take a polygraph exam.
Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field.
Experience with microservices, event-driven architectures, or message queues like Kafka (preferred).
Experience integrating synthetic data, analytic models, or ML pipelines into applications (preferred).
Experience with Elasticsearch/OpenSearch or distributed search systems (preferred).
Experience with user-centered design or reusable component libraries (preferred).
Experience with AI-augmented development workflows or agentic tools (preferred).
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (preferred).
