What you'll do

Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using modern front-end frameworks and Python back-end services.
Build and manage APIs and application logic to integrate data from various sources including geospatial data.
Write, test, debug, and maintain reliable software across the entire application stack.
Integrate applications with relational and non-relational databases such as PostgreSQL.
Research unfamiliar technical problems and evaluate new tools or architectural approaches to solve complex challenges.
Contribute to application deployment, automation, and the creation of technical documentation.
Manage source code using Git and participate in collaborative software development workflows.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in CS, Software Engineering, or a STEM field.
3+ years of experience with full-stack software development including designing and implementing custom applications.
2+ years of experience with web frameworks such as React, JavaScript, Python, NodeJS, SQL, Middleware, or API Development.
Experience with object-oriented programming, software testing, and dependency or package management.
Experience with relational and non-relational database development, including PostgreSQL.
Experience with Git source control, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub, GitLab, or Jenkins), and containerization (Docker or Podman).
Ability to independently research technical problems.
Ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance.
