What you'll do

Design and develop aircraft fuel systems for multiple air vehicle programs from concept through testing.
Perform detailed design of components including tubing, pumps, filtration, gauging, venting, and refueling systems.
Manage the full development lifecycle including component selection, prototype builds, and system integration.
Conduct qualification and testing for fuel system hardware across various aerospace platforms.
Execute 1D fluid analysis using tools like AMESIM or Flowmaster to support design decisions.
Develop high-performance, resilient, and scalable mechanical systems for Group 5 air vehicles and missile platforms.

What we're looking for

B.S. in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience designing aircraft fuel systems or closely related aerospace fluid systems.
Experience supporting the product lifecycle from concept through testing and qualification.
Proficiency with Siemens NX or comparable CAD software such as CATIA, Creo, or SolidWorks.
Strong understanding of fluid mechanics and mechanical design fundamentals.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance.
Experience with supplier coordination, component selection, prototype development, or 1D fluid analysis tools (preferred).
