Field Support Specialist

What you'll do

• Install and support end-user devices including PCs, LAN/WAN, printers, and other peripherals.
• Install and maintain PC applications in a Windows 10 Active Directory environment.
• Administer system management tools like SCCM to ensure secure and reliable technology operations.
• Maintain documentation to track service calls, helpdesk responses, and project progress.
• Support and participate in the continuous assessment and improvement of service quality.
• Deliver on specific project objectives as directed by leadership.
• Work with architects and engineers to support the technical needs of Output Solutions.

What we're looking for

• Must have 3+ years of experience in a technical support position providing end user computing support.
• Must have 3+ years of experience building, deploying, and troubleshooting PC equipment in a corporate environment.
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 lbs, and crouch beneath desks or machines.
• Must be available to work on-site Monday through Friday.
• Must be available to work on call during non-standard and/or overnight hours on a rotational basis.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, or military experience (preferred).
• Printer maintenance experience (preferred).
